Return Policy

My Things n Stuff Ltd (also referred to as we/us) will accept a return of your item(s). The terms for returning your items are as follows:

i) Change of mind during transit

    If you have been advised that your item(s) had been shipped and you decide to cancel your

    order, you will be refunded AFTER the item(s) had arrived back at our warehouse.

ii) Item(s) damaged in transit

     If your items arrived damaged, you need to notify us straight away. It would also be helpful 

     if photos of the damage can be submitted with your notification. From here we can arrange 

     for a return label to have it shipped back while a suitable replacement can be shipped off.

iii) Change of mind within 30 days of receipt

       Should you be unhappy with your item(s) for whatever reason, you need to notify us as

       soon as possible so we can note down you are intending to return your order. Please note 

       that for this return it will be your cost and responsibility to return the item back to our

       address we provide to you. Also note that we require a tracking number in order to track 

       the item(s) as your refund will only be processed once the item(s) had been received

iv) Defective item(s)

       Should the item(s) be delivered in good condition (i.e. no damage in transit or damaged  

       packaging) but it is defective you need to notify us as soon as possible. That's where

       our team can assist you with the necessary steps to get the faulty item(s) replaced.

v) Return due to failure within warranty period

      Should your item(s) stop working within the warranty period you need to notify us

      immediately so our team can assist you on returning the item(s) back to us after which a

      replacement can be shipped out
